•Establish, maintain and update all documents related to ISO 9001(QMS)
•Conduct departmental Audits and training based on internal SOP's, WIP's, and policies
•Responsible for compiling SOPs related to all functional departments of the company as per ISO 9001 requirement
•Developing, sustaining and monitoring of SOP’s, WI, and policies based on QMS
•Facilitate QMS and Compliance related internal and external Technical and Social Audits Respectively
•Prepare Traceability Documentation and facilitate auditors for traceability audits.
•Designing and building process flow diagrams.
•Design and validate Process Schemes, Quality parameters, MCP and FMEA.
•Work on CAPA (Corrective and preventive action) and RCA ( Root Cause Analysis
•Work on Value Stream Mapping & DFC (Deployment Flow Chart) of Processing
•Prepare Traceability material for Traceability Audits of Chemicals and Egyptian cotton
•Maintain Inventory of Chemicals and Suppliers along do audits of suppliers
•Assist Store Department for chemical segregation and tagging and safety instruction
•Responsible For Certifications and Technical Sheets of Chemicals MSDS, TDS, CPSI, GOTS5.0, OEKOTEX •Conduct EMS Audits as per Customer Requirements and Environment Quality Policy.

Order Execution and follow ups to ensure on time shipment.
• Development and sampling of innovative designs.
• Time, Action & Capacity Planning for latest programs.
• Co-ordination with customer for running orders for getting required the information and
Feedback on quires
• Planning and managing Inspection dates.
• Co-ordination within different internal departments to ensure required level of inventory for
Timely production
• Maintaining order status for upcoming shipments
